Passivating Liquid is used mainly for the passivation of pickled installations and tanks.  

A passivating treatment with Passivating Liquid can only take place if the steel has been pickled previously (i.e. treated with Pickling Liquid or Pickling Paste).  

This method is applied mainly in pipe systems.
