A water based rust preventing acrylic primer, that offers long term corrosion protection on all iron and steel surfaces.  

Rusted surfaced should be wire brushed down removing all loose material until a bright steel finish is obtained.  

Overcoating time ? a minimum of 4 hours  

Do not apply if rain is imminent.
